AI/ML Engineer

You'll be working directly with our product and engineering teams to identify where AI can make the biggest impact. This isn't research for research's sake. Everything you build will ship to users who depend on it to get their work done.

We're remote-first and currently support hiring within India for this role.

What you'll build

• Intelligent automation systems that understand user patterns and workflows
• Natural language processing to make our platform conversational
• Recommendation engines that surface the right information at the right time
• Anomaly detection to catch issues before they become problems
• Machine learning pipelines that scale with our growing user base
• A/B testing frameworks to validate AI improvements
• Monitoring and observability for ML systems in production

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience in machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
• Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
• Portfolio of ML projects, research work, or competition entries that demonstrate problem-solving ability
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
• Track record of translating business problems into technical ML solutions
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize model performance
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to data quality and model reliability
• Experience with version control and collaborative development practices
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Airflow, or similar)
• Background in natural language processing or computer vision
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerized deployment
• Experience with real-time inference systems and API development
• Understanding of A/B testing and experiment design for ML systems
• Previous work with recommendation systems or anomaly detection
• Experience in fast-paced startup or product-focused environments
