Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred) and understanding of design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving approach
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions
- Understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to development
- Track record of collaborating effectively with developers and product teams
- Strong communication skills for presenting and defending design decisions
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS platforms
- Background in data visualization and dashboard design
- Knowledge of front-end development frameworks and constraints
- Experience with design system creation and maintenance
- Understanding of conversion optimization and growth design
- Previous work in B2B software or automation tools
- Experience in agile development environments and design sprints
