Terms of Service
NOTICE: These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Entity") and Blankline Research ("Provider"). By accessing the Dropstone platform, APIs, or research papers, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Blankline's services, including the Dropstone IDE, APIs, applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.
Priority of Documents: If you are using the Dropstone platform, these Terms apply to your general relationship with Blankline. If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and the specific Dropstone User Agreement, the Dropstone agreement shall take precedence regarding product usage.
Description of Services
Blankline provides artificial intelligence research products and services, including but not limited to:
- Dropstone IDE: Specialized coding environments and verification engines.
- Inference APIs: Programmatic access to our model weights and reasoning capabilities.
- Enterprise Solutions: Custom deployments and dedicated compute instances.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (API keys, SSH keys, and passwords). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Commercial Terms
Billing Identity: Blankline serves as the parent research organization for the Dropstone platform. Charges on your bank statement may appear as "BLANKLINE" or "BLANKLINE AI".
Refunds & Credits: Unless specified in a separate Enterprise Agreement, all compute credits and subscription fees are non-refundable.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable GST or withholding taxes in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
Your Input: You retain ownership of any code or data you submit to the Services ("User Content"). Blankline does not train public models on private repository data without explicit consent.
Our Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the output generated by the Services.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "AS IS." Blankline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (A) $100 USD or (B) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
